Interactive planning

Current interactive planning facts for Slash Social.

Interactive planning turns the Plan work center in App Home into a clickable week view. You can scan cadence health, open slots, and review scheduled posts without leaving Slack.

What it includes

Interactive planning is available on Free, Starter, Team, and Scale. See Plan comparison for current entitlements.

The feature lives in the Plan work center. Admins, creators, and approvers can use it. It is in beta: behavior is stable enough for daily planning, but labels and layout may change.

Core surfaces:

  • Weekly Plan view: per-day slot status such as on cadence, light coverage, empty slots, and off days
  • Plan home views: calendar, board, queue, and next-week views that share the same brand scope
  • Slot actions: click a day cell to open slot detail, item previews, or add-post actions
  • Cadence context: the calendar respects cadence windows and connected accounts for the active brand

Interactive planning shows state and opens planning actions. It does not publish content without your normal review and approval steps.

How to use it

  1. Open Slash Social App Home and switch to Plan, or type /social, choose Plan, and pick the view you need.
  2. Read the weekly Plan view to see which days are on cadence, light, empty, or off.
  3. Click a day or slot to open detail, preview a scheduled item, or start an add-post action from the weekly view.
  4. Move between home, calendar, board, queue, and other Plan views. Your last selected view is preserved as you navigate.

Screenshots on this page show the weekly Plan home and cadence setup surfaces.
