Decision-ready AI recommendations
Current decision-ready ai recommendations facts for Slash Social.
What it includes
Decision-ready AI recommendations turn planning, approval, inbox, and analytics signals into one evidenced next action you can accept, snooze, or dismiss in Slack. Admins, creators, and approvers see suggestions in the Insights work center when the active brand has enough signal to rank a clear priority.
How to use it
Plan access: Included on Team and Scale. Not included on Free or Starter. Free may show a preview-only recommendation with an upgrade prompt. Starter may show limited planning recommendations through AI Plan Assist. See Plan comparison and Usage limits.
Where to use it:
- App Home Recommended next actions rail when insights are available for the active brand
- Primary action button on each card (for example open a review, fill a gap, or jump to a workflow)
- Why?, Snooze, and Dismiss on each recommendation
Recommendations refresh as planning, approval, inbox, and analytics state changes.
What each recommendation includes:
| Element | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Primary action | One linked workflow step you can accept when your plan allows it |
| Confidence band | How strongly the signal supports the suggestion |
| Evidence lines | Short facts that explain why the insight surfaced |
| Snooze | Hide the insight for a period |
| Dismiss | Remove the insight from the rail |
Insight categories can include planning gaps, best-time windows, format shifts, approval friction, reply SLA risk, and hashtag opportunities. Insights expire when underlying data is stale or no longer relevant.
Accepted actions still follow your normal approval and scheduling rules. Slash Social does not publish on its own from this rail.
Who can use it: Admins, creators, and approvers with access to Insights for the active brand.
How to confirm it is working: New cards appear on the Recommended next actions rail after state changes in planning, approvals, inbox, or analytics. Accepting a card opens the linked workflow step. Snoozed cards stay hidden until the snooze period ends.
