Send the admin a narrow request.
Workspace admins approve faster when you name the first job the app will do. Start with the Slack workflow you want: social approvals, client review, weekly planning, publishing recovery, or inbox triage.
Do not ask them to approve a full social suite in the abstract. Ask them to support one Slack workflow with named channels and owners.
- Primary Slack channel
- First brand or client
- Workflow owner
- Reviewers included
- Success check after the first week
Explain why Slack is the right surface.
Tell the admin where the team loses time today. Common examples include approval decisions buried in threads, spreadsheets that miss the final decision, and publishing blockers that reach the wrong person.
Slash Social keeps the request, decision, owner, and history inside Slack so the team can use the workspace they check during the day.
Offer a controlled rollout.
Start with one brand, one approval route, and one social channel. Confirm who can create drafts, who can approve, and who receives recovery alerts for account or publishing issues.
After the first week, report the number of approvals completed, delayed decisions, change requests, and recovered blockers. Admins want to see that the app reduced channel noise instead of creating more.
Copy this admin note.
We want to install Slash Social for one Slack workflow: [workflow]. The first rollout uses [channel], [brand/client], and [reviewers]. The team will use it to send social drafts for review, capture decisions, and keep an audit history in Slack.
We will review the rollout after one week using approval time, blocked posts, and team feedback. If the workflow does not reduce manual follow-up, we will pause before adding more brands or channels.
Give them the links they need.
Send the admin the Slash Social site, the trust page, the pricing page, and the workflow page that matches the first rollout. Keep the request short so they can route it through their normal app review process.
For social approvals, send the approvals page. For agencies, send the Slack Connect or multi-brand page. For publishing recovery, send the publishing page.
