Social media post preview

See it before you send it. See your caption and image together, check nine platform previews, and download a numbered PDF review sheet.

Your review sheet

One post. Or the whole set.

Keep up to eight posts together, then download a numbered PDF.

From input to finished work

How to use the social media post preview.

  1. Enter a caption and choose an image from your device. Select a platform view to see them together.
  2. Check caption feedback and compare the supported views. Add another post when you want one review sheet for several drafts.
  3. Download a numbered review PDF with the actual images and complete captions, then give reviewers a clear decision and deadline.

Illustrative example

A small task, finished.

Start with: Two launch posts with different images and captions, ready for a reviewer to compare.

Leave with: A numbered PDF that keeps each image with its full caption. A reviewer can refer to post 1 or post 2 when requesting a change.

Before you rely on the result

  • Views approximate nine platform layouts. They do not verify publishing eligibility, account permissions, or the exact current mobile interface.
  • PDF visual pages are rasterized. A preview does not schedule or publish a post; your drafts remain in this browser until you copy or download them.

Keep making

A good next step.

Work well together

Give the work a clear path.

Prepare the draft, check its destination, and give a reviewer the context they need. Keep the caption, image, decision, and deadline together when you move into your team’s workflow.
