Multi-brand portfolio view
Current multi-brand portfolio view facts for Slash Social.
What it includes
The multi-brand portfolio view ranks active brands by attention score so admins, creators, and approvers can spot operational gaps without switching context brand by brand. It lives in the Engage work center and surfaces on App Home when multiple brands in your org need attention for the selected period.
How to use it
Plan access: Available on the Team and Scale plans. Not included on Free or Starter. See Plan comparison for the full matrix.
Lifecycle: Beta.
Prerequisites: Your org needs multi-brand management enabled and more than one active brand. The portfolio card appears on App Home only when at least two brands need attention for the selected period. Brands with no open issues are omitted from the card.
Where to find it:
- Open App Home when your org has multiple brands.
- Look for the Your brands at a glance section ranked by attention score.
- Use Switch on a brand row to change your active brand context.
Attention signals: For each brand listed, Slash Social scores attention using:
| Signal | What it reflects |
|---|---|
| Scheduled vs cadence target | Gap between planned posts and cadence goal for the period |
| Pending approvals | Posts waiting in review |
| Route issues | Active pillars missing a review route |
Top brands with the highest scores appear first.
What switching does: Choosing Switch updates your active brand across App Home and downstream flows.
Scope: Portfolio overview is org-wide. Attention scoring applies per brand within the org.
