Multi-brand management
Current multi-brand management facts for Slash Social.
Multi-brand management lets you run separate clients, product lines, accounts, and reporting from one Slack workspace without mixing brand context.
What it includes
Multi-brand management is in beta. Admins, creators, and approvers can switch the active brand, add brands up to plan limits, assign roles per brand, connect social accounts per brand, and run analytics per brand.
Slash Social shows content for the active brand only. Counts on App Home cards use the same brand scope as the lists they open. A user can hold different roles on different brands when the org has more than one active brand.
| Area | Actions |
|---|---|
| Switch brand | Change App Home, Create, Plan, and Workflow context |
| Add brand | Create a new brand until you hit the plan brand limit |
| Members | Assign roles per brand so creators and approvers see the right work |
| Accounts | Connect social profiles per brand |
| Reporting | Run analytics and briefings per brand |
Brand counts follow plan limits in Usage limits. The portfolio view on Insights summarizes multiple brands when your plan includes portfolio dashboard access.
How to use it
- Use the brand switcher on App Home before you create, plan, or approve.
- Open
/social, choose Settings, then Brands or Brand Basics to add or edit brands. - Open the portfolio view on Insights when your plan includes portfolio dashboard access.
After you switch brands, drafts, queue rows, and Insights numbers match only that brand. Adding a brand at the plan limit shows an upgrade prompt instead of the create flow.
