Influencer management
Current influencer management facts for Slash Social.
Influencer management tracks creators, campaigns, deliverables, shortlinks, CRM context, and attribution from Slack.
What it includes
Influencer management is available on the Scale plan. Admins, creators, and approvers can maintain a brand-scoped influencer roster, track campaigns and deliverables, filter and edit records, and link influencers to CRM contacts when CRM integrations are active on Scale. Deliverables can generate shortlinks and attribution data tied to each creator.
| Area | Actions |
|---|---|
| Roster | Add influencers with platform, handle, display name, tier, and status |
| Filters | Narrow the list by platform, tier, or status; filters persist when you reopen the modal |
| Detail | Edit fields, link to a CRM contact, or unlink CRM when the mapping should end |
| Duplicates | Duplicate platform-and-handle pairs return a remediation message instead of a second row |
How to use it
- Select the active brand before you open the dashboard.
- Open App Home and switch to Engage.
- On the Influencers card, choose Open Dashboard.
- Or open
/social, search for Influencers, and open the list.
The list reflects new filters and edits after each action. Linked CRM contacts show on the influencer detail view. When you add an influencer, supply platform, handle, display name, tier, and status so the roster stays searchable across filters.

Influencer workflows tie into create and inbox flows in your workspace. For content-input steps, see Influencer content inputs.
If the Influencers card is missing, confirm your Scale plan and active brand. CRM linking requires an active CRM integration on Scale. Duplicate platform-and-handle pairs show a remediation message instead of creating a second row.
