Account health
Current account health facts for Slash Social.
Account health shows whether each connected social profile is ready for scheduling, publishing, and other supported workflows. Use it to catch disconnected accounts, expired tokens, and permission gaps before a post fails on a platform.
What it includes
Account health lives in the Settings work center. Admins, creators, and approvers can review connection status for the active brand.
Each connected account carries a health state that reflects platform authorization and Slash Social’s ability to use that profile. Status indicators cover common connection problems, including valid connections, re-authorization needs, expired tokens, missing scopes, and disconnected profiles.
Health signals also surface outside the account list when a profile needs attention before publish, including daily briefing summaries and issue lists on the Create work center.
Plan availability varies by plan. See Plan comparison for current details.
How to use it
- Open
/social, choose Settings, then Connected Accounts. - Review health on each row in the account management modal.
- Confirm the active brand matches the account you are fixing.
- Open any account that is not ready and follow the recovery step shown in the modal.
- Check daily briefing and Create issue lists when a profile still needs attention before you schedule or publish.
Check account health before the first post on a new profile, before a large weekly plan goes live, after platform password or permission changes, and after a publishing failure.
