Use a card to find the record

Read the status, owner, and next action on a card or shared-link preview, then open the underlying record when you need to act. Work Object types describe supported surfaces; availability still depends on the workflow, rollout, role, and current platform profile. A preview is not itself an approval or a publishing confirmation.

Check a stale or missing preview

Compare the card with the same record in App Home for the same brand. If a shared link stays bare, check that it is a Slash Social work link for your workspace and that the channel allows unfurling. Use App Home to inspect the record and complete the permitted action while the preview is unavailable.
