Slack Lists

Review current slack lists behavior, availability, limits, and operating details for Slash Social.

Slack Lists

Slack Lists are optional. App Home, DMs, commands, and channel cards still work without them.

Ideas Slack ListTracks saved ideas for a brand.
Pipeline Slack ListTracks content pipeline and approval work for a brand.
Partner Deliverables Slack ListTracks creator and partner deliverables for a brand.

Before opening a list

Your workspace needs Slack Lists access and the list must be provisioned for the brand. When available, open it from a pinned workspace link or an App Home or notification link. Confirm the brand, then use the row’s owner and state to find work that needs attention. Lists mirror workflow records; editing a view is not a substitute for an approval decision.

Confirm the row matches the work

Open a row’s record and compare its state with App Home for the same brand. After a permitted action, check that the row reflects the new state. If the list is missing, ask an administrator to check provisioning and the brand’s posts channel. If a row is stale, refresh Slack and use the record in App Home rather than relying on the old row.
