Review your support cases
Review current review your support cases behavior, availability, limits, and operating details for Slash Social.
Use My support cases in Help & Account to review support cases that you reported from the current Slack workspace. The history is a reporter-only view. It is designed for checking the status and subject of your own request, not for browsing support activity for a brand or team.
Availability
The feature is in public beta and is included for authenticated workspace users. You must open it from the Slack workspace where you reported the case. The view checks your current organization, workspace, and Slack reporter identity whenever you open, page, refresh, view a detail, or return to the list.
The history is not a brand-management surface. You do not need an active brand or current brand membership to review an eligible historical case.
What the list shows
Each list row contains the case subject, category, and received state. Choose a case from Select a support case to open the reporter-safe detail. The detail shows the same subject, category, and received state, plus the detail you submitted when it is available. Select Back to return to the list.
| Item | Included in My support cases | Not included |
|---|---|---|
| Case identity | Subject, category, and received state | Case reference and internal identifiers |
| Your submission | Submitted detail when it is available | Operator notes and internal work details |
| Organization context | Current authenticated Slack workspace | Brand identity, delivery details, and confidentiality fields |
| History scope | Cases you reported | Another reporter’s cases |
If there are more results, select Next. Select Refresh to read the current eligible history again. Older valid navigation controls remain usable because Slack reauthorizes the current reporter before it rereads the local case data.
Safe no-case result
Slack shows No support cases are available to show. for an empty history and for controls that cannot safely identify an eligible case. That includes an expired, malformed, foreign, unknown, or inaccessible navigation control. The message deliberately does not reveal whether a case exists, who reported it, or why it cannot be shown.
Slack uses a different message only when the history cannot be read: Support cases are temporarily unavailable. Please try again. That message does not include repository or operational diagnostics.
History after brand changes
Your reporter history does not depend on the active brand or current brand membership. A historical case remains eligible after a related brand is changed or deleted, provided that you are still the authenticated reporter in the same organization and workspace. Brand identity stays redacted in every list and detail state.
