CRM integrations

Review current crm integrations behavior, availability, limits, and operating details for Slash Social.

CRM integrations connect social inbox feedback with Salesforce or HubSpot contacts, touchpoints, and follow-up tickets or cases. Actions run from inbox threads and reply surfaces so your team can match senders and log activity without leaving Slack.

What it includes

CRM integrations are not available in the current public plan catalog. The documented controls describe an internal capability and do not constitute a purchase or activation path.

Workspace admins connect Salesforce or HubSpot under Settings integrations before the team matches contacts or logs touchpoints.

Action Outcome
Match contact Link an inbox conversation to a Salesforce or HubSpot contact
Always match Map future messages from the same sender to that contact
Log touchpoint Record a CRM activity with optional deal association
View in CRM Open the linked contact or touchpoint in the provider when a URL is returned
Create ticket or case Create provider follow-up work for a matched conversation

Submitting the same touchpoint twice returns an already-logged message instead of creating a duplicate record.

How to use it

  1. Open /social, choose Inbox, and open a conversation.
  2. Use Match to CRM Contact when no CRM link exists yet.
  3. Use Log touchpoint on conversations that already have a matched contact.
  4. Use Create ticket or case when a matched conversation needs provider follow-up work.

Matched conversations show CRM context on the thread. Logged touchpoints appear in the connected CRM from the provider link when one is available. If you need to change the provider connection, workspace admins manage that under Settings integrations.
