Client-ready reports package output, performance, and blockers for clients and stakeholders without leaving Slack.

What it includes

Client reports are available on the Scale plan. Admins, creators, and approvers can build one-off reports, schedule recurring delivery, share summaries to Slack channels, and manage active schedules. Report schedule counts follow plan limits in Usage limits.

Supported delivery paths include email, channel share, and PDF export when you enable those options during setup. Report data covers brand output, scheduled and published posts, and performance summaries for the period you select. Completed reports expose follow-up actions for the paths you chose.

How to use it

  1. Select the active brand before you generate or schedule a report.
  2. Open App Home and switch to Insights.
  3. Open report actions from the reports card when it appears for your role.
  4. Use the report builder or schedule actions shown in that flow.

After a report completes, use the completion actions for email, channel share, or scheduling when those options were enabled during setup. Active schedules list their next run in the manage schedules flow.
