Shortcuts
The public shortcut installed by Slash Social opens its task finder. It is a global shortcut, so it does not require a selected message.
Open the task finder
In a workspace with Slash Social installed, choose Open Command Palette from Slack’s shortcuts. Search for the task, select it, and choose Run. The next surface depends on the task; it may be a modal, an App Home destination, or a status message.
When the shortcut is missing
Shortcut visibility depends on the Slack client and workspace policy. Type /social in the message box or use Command Palette in App Home instead. Confirm the active brand and your role before retrying a missing or blocked task. The shortcut changes how you enter the workflow, not what you are allowed to do.
